Introduction

In 2016, I graduated from TU Delft with a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geo-Engineering. In my thesis, I considered the design of a diaphragm wall as a soil and water-retaining barrier in the core of a primary flood defense. I completed this thesis at ABT. After that, I started working as a geotechnical specialist. Initially, I focused mainly on dike reinforcements, and later also on utility construction projects and projects in infrastructure and wind energy.

What I do at ABT

At ABT, I work as a geotechnical specialist. You can approach me for geotechnical issues, but also for advice regarding necessary monitoring (vibrations, noise, deformations). My role varies from geotechnical specialist to geotechnical design and project leader.

My dream for the future

A world in which infrastructure increasingly moves underground, and the living environment of people remains above ground.
